Sound the Sirens Magazine was an online music, film, television, culture, and current affairs magazine whose editor/founder came of age during the mid-90s punk explosion.

History

Sound the Sirens Magazine was founded in 2001 as a punk/hardcore music magazine. In the early days of online music/film/culture magazines, we shared space amongst the most frequented and trusted sources for reviews, interviews, and features. We became The Marshalltown and began publishing under the new name in 2010. The magazine went on hiatus in 2014 and returned to regular publishing as Sound the Sirens Magazine in January 2019. It is now back on hiatus, but our content remains as an archive for all the writers who have contributed their time and ideas to the history of this magazine.
