Ben Kweller releases video for "Heart Attack Kid"

Ben Kweller is back in business. The singer/songwriter has released the music video for "Heart Attack Kid", his first new song in 5 years.

The video is a flurry of animation and live-action video, courtesy of Kweller's collaboration with Robert Strange (of English indie-pop band Superorganism).

On the collaboration, Strange has said;

"Stylistically, I wanted to take a step in a new direction while making the video true to who Ben is and the world he lives in. Ben shot the live action stuff on his ranch in Texas and I meshed that together with the story of a claymation rattlesnake who hears Heart Attack Kid floating on the breeze and sets off on a mission to find the source."

Currently on tour, Kweller is prepping the release of his new album, Circuit Boredom, his first new album since 2012's Go Fly a Kite.
