Bad Religion have released details of their upcoming 17th studio album, Age of Unreason. Due out May 3rd on Epitaph, the band has released the new track "Chaos From Within" as well.
Mr. Brett has said that the new album is as important as ever in today's climate. Stating;
"The band has always stood for enlightenment values. Today, these values of truth, freedom, equality, tolerance, and science, are in real danger. This record is our response."
"Chaos From Within" is trademark BR; fast, melodic, and powerfully topical. The song takes a look at the current border wall issue and is a small sampling of the tone and sting of the album. The band have tackled contemporary issues like racist rallies, Trumpy, the erosion of the middle class, Kaepernick, alternative facts, and conspiracy theories to name a few.
Age of Unreason is the follow up to 2013's True North, and was co-produced by the band and Carlos de la Garza.
