The uber-talented hip-hip MC beat poet song-stress Kinnie Starr has a brand new record coming out. Combining elements of hip-hop, verbal slam poetry, and quite a bit of feminist wit; Starr has put together one heck of a good album here. The record is called Anything, and it’s slated for a U.S. release on August 15th. I’ve already heard the whole thing, and it’s quite good.
