For those few who waxed nostalgic when Sebastian Bach appeared on Gilmore Girls (what? … just me?), here is a clip of country star Carrie Underwood rockin’ through a pretty nifty cover of Skid Row’s finest ballad, “I Remember You” (via MetalSucks.net):

How do we know it’s a good cover? … because Sebastian Bach said so;

Skid Row were awesome … and I now I kinda like Carrie Underwood.
